Ampere is the units of current in SI unit system. Ampere is one of the findamenetal units of SI unit system.
The ampere is defined as a constant current which, if maintained in two straight parallel conductors of infinite length,
of negligible circular cross-section, and placed one meter apart in vacuum or air,
would produce between these conductors a force equal to 2×10−7 newtons per meter of length.
