For the standing wave on a stretched string fixed at both ends , the possible frequencies are
f=nv/2l , it si given that wire resonates at 440 Hz.
So if you know length of wire and which mode of frequency (n=?) resonates you can find out the value of speed.
If you still not get the answer please go to the concept of standing waves.
