Dear Student,
Energy = E = nhc / λ
E = energy = 60 mW = 60 × 10−3 W
Wavelength = 2000 Angstrom = 2000 × 10−10 m
h = 6.62 × 10−34 m2kg/s
Therefore, photons per second ‘n’ can be calculated as follows.
n = Eλ / hc = (60 × 10−3× 2000 × 10−10) / (6.62 × 10 −34 × 3 × 108)
= 6.042 × 1016 photons per second
