An object 'P' of mass m is lifted from a point A on ground to point B at a height 'h' above the Earth by RinaandMita, but the path taken for doing it is different by both  which force is doing positive work and which one is doing negative work ?

The person who lifted the block from earth surface to height h is doing positive work, because the direction of applied force and displacement produce both are in same direction. The Gravity is doing work because the force applied and displacement are in opposite direction . 
Work doesn't depend upon the path taken, it just need initial and final position of object.
