a student standing at one end of a closed corridor of 86m long whistles and notes a series of echos. if the time from the whistle to the fifth echo is 2.5s.calculate the speed of sound. pls send it to me with the solving part.

time taken for 5 echos = 2.5 s
time taken for one echo = 2.5/5 = 0.5 s
 
speed of sound = distance / time = (2×86)/0.5 = 344 m/s
