For JEE main, you need to develop your problem solving skill by practising quality questions. 

RD Sharma objective book of Mathematics is widely used and is an excellent book for JEE main preparation.

Make a timetable for your study and devote at least 2 hours everyday to mathematics. 

While solving the problems, first try to do it yourself before looking at the solutions. 

You learn by thinking, making mistakes and rectifying it. 

Have a positive attitude throughout your preparation and be honest to yourself. 

Take practice tests regularly to gauge your performance and to know your strengths and weaknesses.
