How to Make Vegetable Juices
Have you tasted a delicious vegetable juice? Like fruit juices, vegetable juices or vegetable–fruit juices are also a great source of energy and can lead you towards a healthy lifestyle. Here, we list some easy steps to prepare a vegetable juice.
Beetroot and Carrot Juice
Take one beetroot, ½ kg of carrots, some ginger, mint leaves, lemon juice and salt. Blend the beet root, carrots and ginger with some water. Add lemon juice and salt to the blended juice. Serve chilled with a garnish of mint leaves.
Spinach Purifying Juice
You need spinach leaves, oranges, diced mango pieces, fresh mint and celery. Combine all these ingredients in a blender and blend with some water. Add ice to the juice and enjoy your detoxification process.
Spinach and Banana Juice
You need frozen spinach, frozen banana, pear, almond milk, yogurt, honey and cinnamon. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, add water and ice. Enjoy the juice.
Cabbage and Pear Juice
Gather together fresh cabbage, lemon, pear, celery, ginger, mint and water. Chop the cabbage, pear, celery and ginger and put them in a blender with some water. Blend the mixture into a smooth juice. Add fresh lime juice to the blended juice. Serve the chilled juice with mint leaves.
