Common Mistakes that Students Make in an Examination Hall

Arriving Late

Students are so engrossed in their last minute preparations that they do not adhere to the examination time and usually come late. If you are one among them, it is advisable that you reach the examination hall early.

No Revision

You should never ever refrain from revising your answer sheet. If you have enough time on your hand, then revise your answer sheet. This way you can improve the quality of your answers.

Not Reading the Questions Properly

Sometimes when you are in a hurry, you ignore the entire questions and just read the keywords. Keywords might be same for many questions and you sometimes end up writing wrong answers to the questions. So, always read the questions properly.

Focusing Too Much on a Particular Question

You might feel happy to see your favourite topic in the question paper but that does not mean you will spend maximum time for that question. Manage your time properly and try to attempt all the questions.

Not having Pen, Ruler, Pencil and Other Stationery Required for Exams

Well, what can we say for this! It is advisable to check your stationery before entering the exam hall. Make sure to take everything needed with you to your desk.

Bluffing

Do not bluff in your answer sheets as this may irritate the examiner and you might lose valuable marks. If you do not know the answers, try and write only related things but nothing more than that.

Not Tying the Supplements Properly

Not tying your supplements properly can displace them somewhere. Examiners have so many copies to check, and your loose supplement can easily be lost. So make sure you tie your supplements properly.
