India is known for its rich cultural heritage and beauty. There are many places in India which are famous among tourists, and one can spend long vacations there. Let us look at some of the famous tourist destinations in India.

Agra

Agra's Taj Mahal is one of the famous buildings in the world. It is one among the seven wonders and is also considered a world heritage site. The Taj Mahal is a major tourist attraction in Agra.

 

Kashmir

Also known as heaven on Earth, Kashmir is well known for its beauty.  Mughal Gardens, Shalimar Bagh, Pari Mahal and Dal Lake are worth a visit. Although the number of tourists visiting the place has decreased, the place still has the potential to attract people.

 

Manali
