Why are we multiplying 90km/h by 5/18 ?

SI unit of speed is m/s
 
To convert the speed given in  km/hr , we need to multiply the given speed by (5/18) so that we get speed in m/s
 
1 km /hr = 1000 m / 3600 s = ( 5/18 ) m/s
