The displacement of a particle is given by x=(t-2)^2,where x is in metre and t is in Second. The DISPLACEMENT covered by the particle in first 4 seconds is?

It is assumed x is location of the object at time t and it is given by, x = (t-2)2 ..........................(1)
at t = 0, x = 4 m
at t = 4, x = 4 m
Hence displacement covered by first 4 seconds is zero.
