Average velocity for the entire journey is total displacement over total time.Here the velocity of the body is not constant.Therefore we can calculate the average velocity of the body.
A v e r a g e space v e l o c i t y equals fraction numerator T o t a l space d i s p l a c e m e n t over denominator T o t a l space t i m e end fraction
As the total displacement is zero therefore average velocity for complete motion is zero.
