Capacitance C is

Charge Q = C × V

where V is electrical potential difference between plates .

Q = 1.04 × 10-11 × 650 C = 6.76 × 10-9 C

Electrical energy U stored in capacitor is

U = (1/2) C V2 = 0.5 × 1.04 × 10-11 × 650 × 650  = 2.197 × 10-6 J

Energy density E is εo

E = (1/2) εo U2 = (1/2) × 8.854 × 10-12 × ( 2.197 × 10-6 )2 = 2.137 × 10-23 J/m3
