CBSE Class 12-science Answered
Sir , if a magnetic field is increasing in a cylindrical volume at a constant rate. then what will be direction of instantaneous acceleration experienced by an electron placed inside cylinder but not on center?

Magnetic force experienced by a moving electron is always perpendicular to the direction of velocity .
Hence magnetic field only deflects the electron and changes path of electron .
Speed of electron will never change in magnetic field , hence acceleration will be zero.
