Angle subtended in radians = Arc Length / Radius = 64 km / 6400 km = 0.01 rad.

60 sec = 60 " = 1 min;  60 min = 60 ' = 1 degree; 57.32 deg = 1 rad;

Hence, 0.01 rad = 0.01 X 57.32 X 60 X 60 = 2063.52 " = 34' 23"
