Expert Answer
Li and Mg both forms bicarbonates and they do not exists in solid form and exists in dorm of solution  so solubility can not be compared. Mg(HCO3)2 is less stable due to its high charge as compared to Li. For stability of bicarbonates high charge, small size of cation and large size of anion is required.
