Since efficiency =12%

He can uae 12% of 100kcal (= 12kcal) to reach height H .

So  potential energy   mgH=12 kcal

potential energy   PE= 60 X10XH   Joule = 600X4.2X H cal =2.52H kcal

==>  2.52H=12===> H= 4.76 meters
