Since, the given two lines are parallel → theire slopes are equal.
Now, we will arrange the given linear equation in the form of y = mx + c
9x - 3y = 2
→ 3y = 9x - 2
→ y = 3x - 2/3 ... (1)
kx - 5y = 2
→ 5y = kx - 2
→ y = (k/5) x - 2/5 ... (2)
From (1) and (2), we get
3 = k/5
→ k = 15
