can we use parallax method to measure the distance between two planets without considering earth????

Parallax method is an observation based method which one does from Earth. Hence, when we use this method to measure the distance of a distant planet or a star, it is always done from the reference of Earth.
Hence, without considering earth, parallax method cannot be used to measure distance between two planets.
