F = K ( q2 / d2 )
where K = 1/(4πεo ) = 9 × 109 N m2 C-2 is Coulomb's constant , q = 2e is charge on alpha particle ,
e = 1.602 × 10-19 C is fundamental charge and d is distance between alpha particles
