An objecy has moved throuh a distance. Can it have zero displacement? If yes . surrport your answer with an example

Yes, even if the object has moved through a certain distance it can have the zero displacement. Provided its initial and the final position are same. 
For example: If the person is moving along the circular path and if he starts walking from point A and again reaches the same point A, then his displacement will be zero.
Because displacement= final position - initial position.
