Moment of inertia I of square made up of four rods about an axis passing through PQ as shown in figure is
sum of moment of inertia about the axis passing through PQ of individual rods.
I = IPQ + IPR + IRS + IQS = 0 + (1/3)ML2 + ML2 + (1/3)ML2 = (5/3)ML2
where M is mass of each rod and L is length of each rod
