It is given that zero of vernier lies between 2.10 cm and 2.15 cm. Hence 1 Main Scale Division (MSD)= 0.05 cm
 
Least count (LC) of vernier = 1 MSD / n ;
where n is number of vernier division. Hence Least count of vernier  = 0.05/50 = 0.001 cm
 
Hence diameter = 2.10 + (24×0.001) = 2.124 cm
