we hear sound due to compression and rarifaction in air that was produced by the source of sound.
compression is more air density. rarifaction means less air density.
Sensitive ear bones sense this compression and rarifaction and our brain interprets the sound.

when we snap our fingers, air molecules between our fingers and nearby region are moved suddenly.
This causes compression and rarifaction and we hear sound.
In this process there is no vibration of our fingers, hence we do not feel any vibration.

If vibrating instruments produces sound due to vibration of strings like sonometer, violin, veena etc,
we can feel the vibrations if we touch the string
