Hi Nikhil,

Though your question is not very clear. The given information may help you to understand the two concepts.

During lightning, the high temperature and pressure converts atmospheric nitrogen into oxides of nitrogen. Oxides of nitrogen are mixed with rain water and form nitric acid and nitrous acids. These acids fall on land along with rainwater and are utilised by plants.

In case of acid rain, which is a cause of air pollution, not only oxide of nitrogen but also oxides of sulphur mix with rain water and form nitric and sulphuric acid respectively. Such rain water is a lot more acidic than the rain water formed during lightening.
