Einstein's photoelectric equation is written as

img

where E = 5.8 eV is incident raditaion on photo-electric surface, W = 4.5 eV is work function of photo-electric material  and

K = [ (1/2) m v2 ]  is maximum kinetic energy of electron , m is mass of electron , v is maximum speed of electron

K = W - E = ( 5.8 - 4.5 ) eV = 1.3 eV

maximum speed of electron is 6.765 × 105 m/s
