Centre of Mass does not move, because no external force is acting. Hence velocity of centre of mass is zero.

let v be the velocity of boat

25×1 + 75×v = 0  or v = -1/3 m/s

boat will move with speed 1/3 m/s in opposite direction of boy's movement
