Speed of light was determined by experimental methods and it is 3 × 108 m/s

when the actual value of μ0 and ε0 is substitued in the above relation for speed of electromagentic wave we get 3 × 108 m/s as speed of electromagnetic radiation. Hence it is concluded that light is electromagnetic radiation.
