ICSE Class 10 Maths Board Exam 2024 Post Paper Analysis - 15th March

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) successfully conducted the Mathematics Paper for students of Class 10 today, 15th March 2024. 

Here, students can check out the paper's analysis and feedback from various students and Experts and see how difficult the questions were. 

Question Paper Pattern

The paper had 80 marks, and students were expected to attempt it in two and a half hours. All questions in section A were compulsory, whereas in section B, students were expected to attempt only four questions out of seven. Each section carried 40 marks.

Algebra, the largest unit, had the highest marks and the maximum number of questions. Mensuration and Trigonometry had the least number of questions. The distribution of marks was similar to that provided on the CISCE website.

The paper’s structure was precisely like the Maths Specimen Paper, and the difficulty level was similar. So, if the students had gone through the Specimen Paper provided by CISCE, they could have solved the questions.
