CBSE Results 2022: Class 12 Results Declared, Catch Live Updates Here

The Central Board of Secondary Education announced the Class 12 Exam Results on July 22. Students can check their scores for individual subjects by visiting the website cbse.gov.in or results.cbse.nic.in. Students must keep their roll numbers and school numbers in hand to check the results from the portal.

After the student has successfully logged into the portal, they must check their scorecard and download it or take a print of it for future references. Students must tally the details presented on the scorecard carefully, and in case of any discrepancy, they must contact the official authorities immediately. 

As said by Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan earlier, the results have been declared without delay. The CBSE exams were completed on June 15 via offline mode, and after 45 days, the results were declared. Students can also visit their schools to check the results.

To download the Class 12 marksheet, students must download the Digilocker app. Their respective marksheets will be provided on the app.

Steps to Download CBSE Marksheet from Digilocker

Students can perform the following steps to download their CBSE Class 12 Exam Marksheets.

●       Visit the website digilocker.gov.in. or download the app from Google Playstore or iOS store.

●       Open the website/app and visit the homepage.

●       Login to the portal using the CBSE roll number, which will be the username, and the password will be the PIN that the school shared.

●       After successfully performing the steps mentioned above, students can see the CBSE Class 12 Marksheet.

●       Download it and take a printout of the marksheet.

Key Takeaways from the CBSE Class 12 Results 2022

●       Out of 14335366 candidates, 1330662 aspirants passed the CBSE Class 12 Exam.

●       Girls have outperformed boys by 3.29%. 94.54% of girls have passed this year, while 91.25% of boys have passed. The passing percentage of transgender students is 100%.

●       The passing percentage of students has been recorded at 92.71%. 4.72% of students have been placed in the compartment.

●       Prayagraj has shown the worst results with a pass percentage of 83.7%, while Trivandrum showcased the best with a pass percentage of 98.83%.

●       18834 foreign students participated in the 2022 CBSE Class 12 Exams. Out of which, 18774 appeared, and 17644 passed the exam.

●       The compartment exams will be conducted on August 23, 2022. In this, the questions will be based on the term 2 syllabi.

●       The board is not awarding its students first, second or third division this year.

●       No merit list will be declared for this year. However, merit certificates will be awarded to the students.

●       Equal weightage has been given to the practical exams of both terms.

●       30% and 70% weightage were given to the term 1 and 2 exams, respectively.

●       More than 33,000 students have scored above 95%, and over 1.34 lakhs aspirants have scored over 90%.
