9 Nano American Satellites to be Launched by ISRO

For the first time, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) will launch 9 nano satellites for USA.

For the first time, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) will launch 9 nano satellites for USA. The Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) will be used to launch these satellites in space. The maximum number of satellites launched by the PSLV in a single launch is 10.

ISRO has launched about 45 satellites belonging to 19 countries, while 28 ISRO satellites have been launched by foreign launch vehicles. ISRO is the space agency of the Indian Government; its establishment institutionalised space activities in the country.
