Why is SF6 not easily hydrolysed by water ?

SF6 is not easily hydrolysed by water because:
 
  • S-atom is coordinately saturated.
              d2 sp3 hybridised having an octahedral or square planner geometry.
             The stability of the molecule is high.
  • S-F bond strength is very high.
           So it is easily hydrolysed by water.
