Why is 'Molarity wrt H+ ion'= 'Normality of the Acid' ??

Normality=nMolarity
(n=Valency factor)
 
Molarity wrt H ion=Normaily of the solution
(It is only true when n=1 or we can say monovalent acid is used for example=HCl)
