CBSE Class 12-science Answered
Why does specific conductivity decrease with dilution
Asked by pitambersingh260 | 23 Jun, 2018, 23:06: PM
The higher the concentration of ions in solution, the higher will be its conductivity.
Therefore, concentrated solutions will have the higher number of ions and hence higher conductivity. Whereas, diluted solutions will have lesser number of ions and hence, low specific conductivity.
