Why blood plasma concentration

Its the either way round!  When we are introducing foriegn particles it should not create any resistance to the body hence whatever intravenous injections are prepared they are prepared almost equal in concentration as that of blood so that the disturbance is minimum. the concentration must be isotonic or else the cells in the blood will be effected.
