why at least two reflected rays are needed to form an image in a concave mirror?

It is because image of an object is formed only when two or more light rays converge at cenrain point. If there is only one ray this intersection or convergence of light rays will not take place due to which therewill not be formation of image. 
Hence, it is said that for formation of image atleast two light rays are required.
