Expert Answer:

Pitch represents the perceived fundamental frequency of a sound.

Loudness is the quality of a sound that is the primary psychological correlate of amplitude of sound. The perception of loudness is related to both the sound pressure level and duration of a sound.

Sound of only one particular frequency is called tone, although the intensity can vary.

So Pitch is the tone with lowest frequency.

Note is a tone of definite pitch.
