In ΔABC,
tan 50° = AB/CB
1.1917 = AB/CB
CB = AB/1.1917........(i)
In ΔABD,
tan 34.5° = AB/DB
0.6872 = AB/DB......(ii)
Using (i) and (ii)
solve for
DB = DC + BC
you will get DB = 145.5 and then find AB using (ii) we get AB = 100 m
