Split 207 into three parts such that this are in an AP and product of two smaller part is 4623

Let the numbers which are split of 207 and are in A.P be a-d, a and a+d.
 
Sum of the numbers = 3a = 207  or a = 69
 
product of two smaller numbers = (a-d)×a = 4623   or  a-d = 67  hence d= 2
 
hence numbers are 67, 69 and 71
