Force on the proton will be F = qvXB
Think of a wire carrying current in the upward direction and a point P to the right of it. Then the field due to current in the wire will be into the paper. The proton is moving in the downward direction opposite to direction of current. So force on it will be towrds the right. Please draw a diagram and verify the direction of the different vectors.
B = mu_0 I/2 pi r. The current and distance r = 0.2m is given.
Then using F =qv X B the force can be found. For q put the charge of a proton.
