is it possible to a human add the DNA part of healing of lizard into human DNA chain by DNA transfution under specific conditions

It is not possible to mix the DNA of a lizard with that of a human as the two organisms are genetically different and not closely related.
For Hybridization to occur between two organisms it is necessary that the two organisms be closely related. For example it is possible to create a hybrid of lion and tiger (liger) as the two animals are closely related (belonging to the cat family of animals).
