In the given diagram of toroid in NCERT ,it is written that "the circular areas bounded by loops 2 and 3 both cut the toroid:so that each turn of current carrying wire is cut once by the loop 2 and twice by the loop 3".Plz explain how this happens?

Since loop 2 lies inside the solenoid, each turn of current carrying wire is cut once by it; and loop 3 lies outside the solenoid, so each turn is cut twice by it.
