let a be the first term and d be the common difference of A.P.
![begin mathsize 12px style t subscript 5 over t subscript 10 equals fraction numerator a plus 4 d over denominator a plus 9 d end fraction equals 1 half space space space o r space 2 a plus 8 d space equals space a plus 9 d space space space space o r space space a space equals space d

t12 = a+11d = 12d = 36 or a=d=3
hence first term of A.P is 3 and common difference of A.P. is also 3
