Since, the terms are in AP so the difference between second and first; third and second terms should be same.
Therefore,
(4x-1)-(x-2)=(5x-2)-(4x-1)
4x-1-x+2=5x-2-4x+1
→ 3x+1=x-1
→ 2x=-2
→ x=-1
