If a vehicle is travelling in the speed of light and then it turns on its head light what will happen? Will the driver will be able to see in darkness when he is travelling in the speed of light?

This situation will never arise. As nothing in this world can travel with speed greater or equal to that of light. As according the mass-energy equation if any mass trravels with speed of light it'll convert into energy whose magnitude will be equl to (mc^2) ie, E = mc^2.
Thus the driver and vehicle will no longer exist as soon as they achieve that speed and hence will no longer require light.
Hope this helps.
