I wanted to know if sin^m x +cos^m x =0. If 'm' is an even no.?

No its not true.
We know a very important identity:
sin2x + cos2x = 1
Here, m = 2, which is even.
Thus, sinmx + cosmx = 0 is not true for m = 2.
 
For m = 4, 6, etc we can just simplify this expression and see the result.
