I am not able to understand how to apply fleming left hand and right hand rule although i know its principle. please explain it through a 3D structure

Fleming's left hand rule to used to find out the direction of motion of conductor (i.e. force on conductor) but Fleming's right hand rule is used to find out the direction of induced current in an ac generator.

As we know, work done by Magnetic force is always zero in moving a charged particle./So it cannot change speed of charged particle. MY doubt is that, can magnetic force change direction of motion of charged particle?
