It’s difficult to determine how much amount of water each person needs because various factors such as age, season, activity, type of food etc have to be taken into account. Also the experts differ on the amount of water to be consumed per day. The popular opinion is to drink 8 glasses i.e. 1600 ml per day. But some others believe that about 1200 ml is also sufficient in case of light activity.
