how water soluble vitamis(vitamin B & C) and rest fat soluble vitamins are carried in our body? does carbohydrate or RBC or anything else acts as the carrier?

- Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) are transported through the body by being absorbed and stored in fat. They are absorbed in the lymph, are transported in the blood with carrier proteins, and they can be stored in the liver and fatty tissues.
- Water-soluble vitamins (C and B complex) are dissolved in water and transported through the body.
