Side effects of chemicals in soap and detergent-
Soap and detergents acting as surfactants may provoke skin damage such as scaling, dryness, tightness, roughness, erythema, and swelling.
Detergents are very drying and non- ph balanced and very harmful due to compounds like sodium lauryl sulphate.
If you wash your body with a laundry detergent than you are likely to get break outs, dryness, redness, skin irritation. And Laundry detergents are very harsh and powerful.
